Before you fill out this online form…

A few things will help you and us properly diagnose your leak and save you time and money before you fill out our online appointment form:

  • Have you done a bucket test? If you are not sure if your pool is leaking or how much you’re losing, a bucket test is a perfect thing to do. Click Here to find out how.
  • Try turning off any water features to see if that stops the leak
  • Does the pool only leak when the equipment is running?

These are some helpful things to be aware of before you call or before your appointment time.

Does your pool leak when the equipment is off?
If you’re not sure, turn the equipment off for 24 hours and measure the waterloss. Then, if you haven’t already, measure the waterloss when the equipment runs normally. See if there is a difference. Knowing this could save you a lot of time and money.
If unsure, explain what you’re seeing that makes you think you have a pool leak.
Have you done anything to isolate the problem?
For more information on how to do these things, check out our blog. Sometimes these can save you hundreds of dollars by performing these tests on your own first.
