• Have you done a bucket test? If you are not sure if your pool is leaking or how much you’re losing, a bucket test is a perfect thing to do. Click Here to find out how.
• Try turning off any water features to see if that stops the leak
• Does the pool only leak when the equipment is running?

These are some helpful things to be aware of before you call or before your appointment time.

If you’re not sure, turn the equipment off for 24 hours and measure the waterloss. Then, if you haven’t already, measure the waterloss when the equipment runs normally. See if there is a difference. Knowing this could save you a lot of time and money.

*We guarantee we’ll find your leak or you don’t pay. Your leak detection comes with a 30 day warranty. Once we find your leak, we will advise you on your best options, as well as what the cost and procedure will be for the repair. And yes, we do our own repairs as well.

• *I understand that the money back guarantee only applies to pools that have leaks. If my pool is determined to not have a leak through a series of tests including a bucket test, I still must pay the full leak detection price.
